Been thinking of getting cams, remap and inlets matched for a while now and think i'm finally gunna make the move once angelworks have sorted out their backlog. Just wounder if these mods will affect the normally day to day running or the car? will it still drive smoothly and all the extras like cruse control still work? and will the power that comes in at 5k move? sorry for all the questions any advice would be well appricated

From my point of view this is a definate positive move to achieve more power but you really need to get all the questions ready and the answers in writting.
Last year i spent a lot of money on a cams package, was fed alot of information on what i should expect which ended up in my view (and the view of about a few hundred other people)to being complete and utter bulls*it.
From what id previuosly researched cams SHOULD incrase top end power on a majority.
Your everyday running of the car should still should be pretty normal exept you using up more fuel.
I ended up with a car that runs like sh*t and cams that kick in at completely the wrong point.
Im not gonna go on about it but advise that the likes of Yozzasport&GDI KNOW what they are talking about and your find many people on here who have spend thousands with them over the years totally satisfied.
