Camshaft oil feed

Just wanted to double check that the oil feed journals at either end of the camshafts both feed oil and the extra hole on the journal next to the dephaser is a drain from it.

Also, do both journals feed the entire inlet cam or does one feed the journals and the one at the dephaser feed end just feed the dephaser with oil. I can't see any way it could feed any of the other journals.

Any help clarifying this would be appreciated.

Found this which seems to show how the oil circuit works. It looks like the journal closest to the dephaser is fed independently when the dephaser is either on advance or r****d but does not feed the rest of the camshaft.
