I use to have a program that did them. took me ages to find the right program that worked... but ive lost it now

Go to a dealership and ask nicly for them.

You'll need proof of ownership and your ID often.

Maybe its different in N. Ireland. When i was selling my old clio and puttun the radio back in, I just phone Renault up abd gave them my reg number and serial number and they gave it to me over the phone.
