Yes, for at least 10 minutes anyway lol.

They are better, but I think it's as much about the fitting too.

Theres a fan + sensor in the interior light housing on Ph2s with Climate Control yes. If you turn your ignition on but dont start the engine and you hear a buzzing noise coming from the light thats the knackered fan.

I tried taking mine apart, cleaning it and greasing it with WD40. Made no difference

I took mine apart and gave it a couple of drops of sewing machine oil. It's been silent ever since and the climate control still works perfectly.

Technically it's a fault, but it doesn't affect anything so it's not worth replacing unless the noise gets on your tits. They all do it.
