Okay so yes, I know it sounds chav and blah blah blah. But I think to create my ultimate car I would like a dump valve. But I know you must have a turbo and it's to do with pressure and stuff. I've had a look and there are some electronic do valves and stuff but I was wondering what can I actually do to get the noise... Would anyone be able to help?

To get the proper noise get a turbo. People will look at you stupid if you get a whistle clipped to the end of your exhaust or speakers in your engine bay.
