You mean the dampers?
If so they are all interchangeable afaik, top mount is same and bolt at bottom should be same size
yeah i probably do mean the dampers, the long cylinder bar thing lol
Yeah, all should be interchangeable on mk2 clios afaik
Looks like this?
Bolts are same size at bottom, I used 172 rear dampers on my old 1.2 and top mount hole in boot should be same size as they are the same shell
Someone else might confirm this but I am 10000000% sure they will fit perfect
yes mate thank you, Fred at BTM suggested that I get shorter shocks from the cup as atm when you jack the car up the spring shot out
Then yeah, they will definitely do the job mate, Fred knows his stuff and wouldn't suggest them if they wouldn't fit
And I remember that pain, the shorter length will hold your rear axle higher to help hold the springs where they are
is 182 cup and 172 cup using the same damper?
Fred fitted the springs and wheels for me today hes a legend
Good, I haven't used him yet due to location but he really knows his stuff after reading loads of his posts on here
Cars looks a lot nicer with the new lows mate
Thank you very much, do you like the wheels?
I do mate, very clean, and more to the direction 1.2's should be taken nowadays instead of the boisterous route I took and many other people did.
Looks really smart and fresh IMO mate
cheers mate, im finished with it now, got 182 interior, fully colour coded, 172 bumper, lowered and new wheels
I have seen mate
Like I said looks properly smart!
same with your 182No probs, just make sure you keep it clean and maintained well like you have so far
same with your 182
Haha thanks I will, in the process of sorting some bits for payday on this coming Friday
Still pretty standard so far compared to what it will be
turbo y000000?
It looks really nice in the flesh
Bit dusty mind
