Can I Use This

Anyone be able to tell me if i would be able to use this plug as a point to hardwire my sat nav into !?

I have no idea what its ment for its just hanging behind the lower dash pannel under the steering wheel, i think its ment for what ever switch goes in the place of the blank beside the fuse box.


Ne way can i use it ?

Nothing there or so my meter says...i hate DC Voltage !

Could i take it off the Light adjuster switch ??? as my Cig lighter is to far away for the length of the charger cable.

if its for your mk3 bio then i suggest only using the cigarette lighter,its not difficult to wire to.these vehicles have can bus wiring and splicing into any wiring can have adverse affects on other items.ive known people to wire in feeds on c2's and turn up the radio volume and the wipers come on!cigarette lighter does not affect any other systems

Yeah thats where im gonn have to take it from now just need to know witch wires to use though Black/Yellow/Blue and theres 14v accross all three

14v is within the boundaries (11-14.4v in general),whichever is ignition fed as there should only be one. one earth,one ignition,on illumination
