Evening all,
I'm thick and I've been trying all morning to transfer some video from my JVC camcorder to my laptop.
I connected it with a USB cable installed the drivers ok, checked the system and its says all is fine and upto date. Allows me to copy still images from the camcorder memory card.
I then try and import any video and it says it cannot find any compatible devices in Windows movie maker.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
