Cant get power cable into bonnet...

Hi, im trying to wire up my sub, however i cant get the wire from the battery to go into the car. I was going to take it through the bonnet release catch gromet but its too small and i cant get the massive rubber bit on the engine side out. Is there anywhere else i can take the wire? Help me pleassseeee

You can get a 4 gauge wire throught the gromet, I did anyway.

The only other way is to drill a hole yourself.
