Car lifts/ Tilters

Not sure what section this should be put in so I apologise if this isn't really the correct place for it

Does anyone have one of these or similar? Looking at this ebay special atm as I don't have much of a budget and I work on my cars as a hobby rather than anything else

Any input or pics etc would be great

Do they require much torque to turn? Would rather not burn out my drill on it.
