Ordered my new headunit off the site last wednesday and got confirmation email got another email on thursday saying they were processing it but havent heard from them since? Website says it should be despatched in 3-4 working days. Should i contact them or leave it till tomorrow to see if i get anything?

Car Audio Security are one of the worst places i have ever bought anything from. Their CS is appalling. Go to Caraudiodirect in future.

I've ordered 2 head units and a few sets of speakers etc off of them and highly rate them. I normally receive the items within a day or 2. I'd say give them a ring and see what they say.
