Carbon Fibre Vinal Wrap - most unique thing?

Hey guys,

So we've all seen things that have been carbon wrapped. May it be the usual hazard surrounds to bullets or diamonds to dash-strips.
What I want to see is your best carbon wrapping skills on different parts of your clio

I'll start by showing my spoiler and speaker surrounds

i bought some white carbon vinyl the other day because i couldnt be arsed to respray my diamond, then i did my dash strips and gear knob insert just for a change, i like the vinyl. simple change that can be changed back

Get black, I bought a meter of white and I've got nothing left to tastefully wrap lol, done the above and my gear knob insert... Tried my mirrors but I think it's too much. Black I way more subtle

What do people think? Too much?

They were so hard to do on my own, if I do them again I'd definitely have another set of hands to help.

The wrap isn't on the wingmirrors anymore, I put it on for this pic and I'll it off because it was a s**t job

looks sweet man. going to go for black. wanna do the badges and side bullets as well as a few interior bits. is it hard to do the wrapping? gonna start of with something small as im bound to mess the first one up

I think the white mirrors are too much.... Maybe if you had other white features, like wheels. But as it stands, there's too much colour IMO. I'd keep it simple.

Naah, start from the middle of what you're doing and heat it to stretch it round the edges to get it flush make sure you do it in a warmish area because it goes brittle and snaps when it's cold... Wrapping outside ftl

Mines never snapped before but if it starts to go hard just apply more heat so it stretches again

Think I've done quite a bit of wrapping and don't wanna go OTT but I saw someone had done their center conole and thought it looked pretty good. Hmm... xD Maybe I'll try it idk, got loads spare so not too botherd if I decide it's too much and throw it away.

The dash strips are really easy, they just pull off and there easy to wrap too because its a simple shape. Think vent surrounds would look good but haven't seen it done before

I'm getting my cup spoiler done in CF wrap because I'm too skint to get it painted. My car is black though so blends in more.

Ive got white diamonds and writing on the bullets, the wheels are getting plastidipped white some point this year, probably when It gets warmer lol. I think even with that the mirrors will be too much lol

I've done my key like that too! LOL Dont think i have any on/in the car though, Other than a real carbon skinned diamond.

Never seen any other coloured ones, you may be the first

the top was done by a proffesionall ages ago, the glove box took me about an hour a few months ago and i done the rest today (including the clocks) took me about 6 hours altogether with messing about getting things ready and fitted etc.

I don't think it'd be particularly hard, just very time consuming lol would look good though

True, still looks pap. On a Zonda F, it works. On an 8 year old Clio it doesn't.

I personally like some of the efforts on the Clios, particularly the dash strips and the centre consoles (when done right). The VXR range come with 'fake' CF dash strips and that looks pretty pap.

Ive got black suede trim peices in mine, the fuse box cover was just because i had to show wocka how to do it properly Lol!!!!
