After the drama of the 106 getting crushed by the Evo I never ever got round to sorting the pics after the Raceday and this is what happens if I don't do them straight away after.

Why the pics took so long to post ....

The 106 Racecar ended up under the Evo.

whats with the gap in the bonnet on the red evo. i have seen this a few times on other cars. why do people do it. looks like it doesn't fit properly

I think it's to aid air flow though the engine bay.

I think you're aware that the angle of most of your shots has gone for photographers now, in the long run I think it's for the best, was always seriously exposed there.

I have been reading the threads on the Combe forum, I am sure I will be allowed to leave the paddock from pitcrew duties early to get further away to take some shots elsewhere.

ud be correct, all do do with engine cooling and getting rid of the heat,
