5 was due service so took along to race prep company & they used the above.
The oil i used for last 6 months was Shell helix Ultra & it was well dirty so did it's job of flushing out crap!
There race cars use this as 5's have the Ford 2.0 unit in them.
Total price for service £100, included checking g/b levels, fresh oil & filter, all brakes stripped & checked etc & general good going over for track safety.
Also fitting new front & rear race pads labour included in above price.
Pads were F&R £150 which when you understand what they are is well cheap!
