For a Cat-D it seems a good price i'm just jubious about the seller combined with the damage.

Bought 3 in my time and each time i've had my pants pulled down.

I know what you mean (in a non racist manor) every slightly dodgy car I’ve ever been to see has been for sale by a Imram/Aftab/Mohammed, They seem to love the ropey car trade.

Having said that, I bought my M3 off a sound Asian trader, well I say sound...he was great when I bought the car and for about a week after but part of the deal was I got a warranty with it (6 month aftermarket) I still haven’t got it and I know he’s avoiding my calls & letters

I have a customer (A pakistani guy) called Shaz. Lives and works in Birmingham.

Over the last two years he has bought 3 cars off me as he refuses to deal with the indians/pakistani's in Birmingham. Reckons 90% of them are either dodgy or hiding something.

Was just reasing through all your responses when my phone rang, my mate ringing to say he's outside in his new car.

It's dark so couldn't have a proper look but he said the Cat D was for a minor rear shunt which the seller had photo's of. He was apparantly a middle ages chap.

My mate was put off as both myself and another mate had suggested leaving it well alone, this linked with the sellers name and location added serious doubt to his mind.

Then to top it off the guy didn't want my mate to come to his house and wanted to meet elsewhere, but after a bit of gentle persuasion he let him come to his house.

He ended up walking away with it for £5000, It's in need of a service

Fingers crossed it's alright, he said he had great fun driving it home as he'd been used to driving a 2l diesel 1series around for the last couple of years.

Well thats what i thought, to be fair it's literally the same as this but had £3000 knocked off for the Cat D.
