CAT for 1.2 16v Clio

Hey there, just wondering if anyone can confirm that the CAT for a 1.2 16v clio and a standard 1.2 8v engine are different. Just my mate is making a diy decat and needs to know as he can get a 8v CAT so was wondering if this would do the job. Cheers.

is the cat off a campus i take it? if so then i have been told by clio spares it fits yes
