Cat Price

Long story short, My Catalytic converter has gone.

Been quoted £250 Supplied and Fitted.

Told the Mrs Dad who works on alot of cars, And recently fitted theirs to their Range Rover.

He took my reg and car model, 10 mins later, Got me a price of £89.99 + VAT. And he will fit it for beer tokens

Now i thought Cats were ub3r expensive? Does that sound right?

That is cheap. As above, Renault wanted silly money when I asked them. A sports cat will set you back around £250. In the end I bought a 2nd hand cat for £60. So to get what I'm assuming is a new 182 cat for £89.99 + vat is good, but don't really understand how lol
