Centre air vents

Hey

The other week when I was fixing the top dash back into my Clio I managed to bang and break the slats on the centre air vents.

At the moment I know someone who is breaking there clio and is willing to sell me there centre vents however we don't know how to remove them from his Clio.

Does anyone know how?
