Centre console screen problem?

The car im looking at buying as a slight issue with the screen on the centre console that tells you what cd track your on and the time etc.

Its a ph2 172,the left half of the screen seems fine but the right half is faded and hard to see,is it likely an led behind it has blown?

Yea there are two bulbs. One on the left hand side and 1 on the right hand side of it

Good stuff,well i just this second bought the car so how do i go abouts changing the bulb?

Try giving it a good dunt on the top/back of the display btw, my old 1.2 did this, bulb must have been loose everytime I gave it a little hit it would come back on.

509t is the bulb,dash top off to change if you require,20mins max

Do the bulbs need soldering in or just pushing into place?
