Changing 172 cup headlight

Anyone have any instructions, manuals or tips for replacing a headlight on a 172 cup?

Will it involve taking the bumper off and is it a very difficult job?

Any feedback ould be great

yes, you have to take the bumper off to get the bottom bolt out, you can get away with just undoing half of the bumper and letting it hang down, but you could well end up cracking your bumper if you flex it too much

i did it by undoing one side, it wasnt too hard.

u need to get some of the arch lining out, theres a bolt for the bumper behind there, and u need to take thr top of the grille off too.
