Changing dipped light bulbs on 182 cup!!!

Right i spent about an hour getting the bloody bulb out of the cluster but now i can't get the thing out of its actual holder. Wires are too short and my hands gettin ripped apart. Any help or pics would be great. Can't seem to get it to twist off??!?!?

OK i fitted the bulb now i can't get the fu*ker back in
