Changing rear brake pads on 172

Does anybody know what the process is for changing the rear brake pads on a 172. I kind of have an idea from the guide on rs-team.org:

Just a bit confused about the brake piston. It appears you have to turn it (Something to do with the handbrake) to be able to release the pad, presuming once the new pad is installed this has to be turned back to its original position?

Chris.

To get the handbrake back in place you need to turn the brakepiston clockwise to push it back in. You would maybe need a special tool to do this as Renault uses very odd system. (I always do this on my job cuz they have the tools for it ;))

same as front pads apart from the caliper piston winds back in rather than just being pushed back in.
