Changing rear hoses on a 172 Cup

Hi,

Im just in the process of changing the rubber hoses for braided ones on my 172 Cup. How the heck do you get the old ones off? Just get a set of mole grips on the connector and twist? Isnt there an easy way to do it?

Ah I think I know the answer, I'm looking at the ones that attach to the caliper, I should be looking at the ones under the car!
