Changing spark plugs on a 1.4

Yes I have searched but not found anything of help.

Firstly where are they?

How do I get them out and replace with new ones?
I have a spark plug adapter in my socket.

I have also ordered 4 new pencil coils, is changing both of these likely to stop my misfiring?

Ok, if it's a misfire in cylinder 1 try swapping the leads over. Take the lead off of one and swap it with two. If the misfire stays with cylinder 1, you have eliminated the leads. I would suggest changing the plugs before the coils as it will be cheaper for you. I hope this helps in a small way.

I swapped coil 1 & 4 for some second hand ones out of another car and it made it better, not great because ideally I was told they need to all be changed at once so I don't think it's the leads.

It's intermittent at the moment.
