Got a problem keep coming up in the cold weather with my engine management light and the last time it came on it got switched off and lasted over a year (was the pre cat sensor IIRC). Anyway it's been on twice in the last few months and I figured I'd get a cheap code reader rather than a RS Tuner as I can't really afford one right now.
I only want it for basic fault reading, problem is - which one will be best for what I want from the cheap ones on eBay:

Is there any real difference between the two as I haven't a scooby :S
