Cheaper than springs!!

Think they are only good for people putting the car on a show stand, rather than for performance wise.

i cant see those being ok for an MOT

plus if you use them there is no spring left in the coils that are clamped together.. kill your shocks in a day

I wouldnt ever ever even consider fitting something as dangerous looking as those. Just buy springs or leave the suspension alone

As above. TBH these things have been discussed on the forum before but I can't find the thread in question. I wouldnt even get in a car with them fitted let alone put them on a car I owned. IMO avoid like the plague.

read the questions haha

Just have.

And someone can't spell.

"how much wood it lower the car by "

Lol :rasp:

Definetely worth staying away from, there for caravans, trailers etc i think to stop cars wheels scuffing arches, suspension etc when loaded up.

Definetely not for lowering permantly, imagine flying round the backroad and one pops off and bang your in the ditch :(:rasp:

Just buy proper lowering kit or springs ;)

And wouldn't space be tight for fitting these inside the Ph2 clios front arches ?

Its not even that cheaper! £10 per spring thats 40 for the car, could easily get a set of sh*t springs for that
