Cheapest place for C4?

Evening Detailers,

The title of the thread explains it all really, where is the cheapest and do we get any discount at certain sites etc?

also, i want to clean my engine bay, can anyone sugest the best degreacer/cleaner to use, i want to get it clean as possible. The coolant bottle etc and alll thos type of parts i imagine will need something strong enough, but im clueless what would be best?
