chip on edge of boot lid?

Somehow I've got a chip on the lid of my boot :dapprove: wasn't there last week when I cleaned the car but it seems to be down to the primer. I was just wondering what the best thing to do is?

Not sure whether to use touchup paint etc as it's pretty deep. I'm not even sure how it happened as I've not used my boot :S

Get a chips away chappy out?

Or get some pics up and see what advise you can get off here, Usual course of action if your feeling confident is to fill with paint, wet flat and buff up.

I've taken a picture of it.

Seems as if someone has put a screwdriver or something in there? altho the light looks perfect, not even a scratch
