Chirp/Whistle sound from throttle body

Hi guys,

My Clio (1.2 8v) has a slight whistle/chirp coming from the throttle body when blipping the throttle, also on idel you can hear a faint 'blow' coming from around it.

Now, i have checked all the bolts holding the TB on, all the connections to air box etc but its still happening.

Noticed there looks like there is some soort of gasket between the TB and inlet, could this possibley be the cause?

They all do that a little bit as normal, sort of a "Chhhh" sound if blipped. If its worse you've probably got a crack in the manifold.

I know what I'd do but people would start flapping on here if I said it.
