Choosing The Right Polish !! HELP !!

Been looking at these various polishes and was wondering what you would choose.

1. Autoglym Super Resin Polish
2. Meguiars Deep Crystal Car Polish
3. Mer Car Polish
4. Autoglym Ultra Deep Shine Car Polish

If i used any of these, would i still get a good effect by hand polishing ??

I've heard really good things about the Autoglym Super Resin Polish.

Pay your £10 for better info.

Although I will admit to using it the other week on the headlight to shift that bloody horrible stain marks they get..it came up pretty well. (Id never use it anywhere else though!)

What stain marks were they ??

The headlights on some cars appear to start to fade/get some sort of growth on them and go coarse. Machine polishing or a high cut polish is the only thing that sorts it, can sometimes even require wet sanding.
