I might as well start a project thread,
my project wont be as good as most on here just little bits and bobs :rasp:

ill start off with a few pic of how it was






I then Bought some Rubbish wheels from ebay what do you expect for £100


After Selling the Wheels i then bought some Tail light ( tinted Black )
For sale never bin fitted and brand new. These lights are 'E' approved and remain road legal as all lights shine through.
so Ebay Seller Stated.


Anyway Back to the car i got some angle eye head lighs

Then i got a RS Grilll and some mud flaps went through a little faze haha But before you all say take them off way ahead of you already been told to





Im going through a little sticker faze at the moment will get board soon,
this is how it stands at the moment

In my lunch hour today I took my back wiper off, time I had finished work it became dark and the hole Irish sea fell down so I'll update pictures tomoz weather dependant of cause

I started to paint my clio badge so nipped to the local halfords to pick these up





wait a day or two so it can dry will do dimonds next month maybe bullets then get it colour coded after crimbo


and here is a picture of my car with out the badge and no rear wiper




Got some white carbon wrap for the interior of my car what do you think ??





Ordered some silver Lenso BSX and a Spax Lowering kit (i said 60mm watch it be 40mm hope not already ordered) with dampers hopefully will be fitted end of next week.

Silly man! Magpies 1.2 is a beaut!! Looking good! Quite like the tinted rear lights to be honest, which I'm surprised to say!

So my car isn't as nice as v6 then
There would be no chance I cant afford the 172 insurence alone is 7k :/ haha dread to think on the v6

Decided to drop 40mm for winter then buy some coilovers in spring,
Getting them tomorrow morning will post pics soon

i have bought some lenso bsx wheels 15" the tyres look bulky what will be the best stretch for this wheel wit out going ott ?

Guessing they are 7.5j? 165.50.15 will give you a nice stretch on them if they are 7.5j

Right i have had the 40mm spring kit and my new alloys, what do you think maybe a inch lower on 60mm springs?
not the best pictures but ou get the idea.

Buy coilovers, you can get cheap enough sets if its purely lows you want to achieve, i think the wheels need the lows to be pulled off, androids clio and also BIFCAIDS i think it was had lenso BSX (someone will correct me if im wrong) look at their progress threads for ideas

iv just forked out 350 for this 40mm kit haha :banghead: must say the handling is super never drove something so sharp,
im going to wait till after christmas i think to get coilovers how do they handle? i dont want to go to low prob 60mm max, i may have to buy alloys maybe team dynamics.

You could buy TA technix coilovers for £230.. just saying, they are pretty stiff but it all depends on what brand you get and how much you pay though, keep the lenso unless your going for real splits

Oh yeah that's cheap, how does it effect the ride? Say I went pot hole what will happen? How they for for road use? Don't do a lot of miles.

Its a bumpy ride, try to avoid potholes or it makes a loud thud when you hit potholes due to it being so stiff.

Cleaned my car last night and have it a quick t-cut and polish.
Update on project-
Buying sports rear bumper just waiting to be sprayed. Looking into getting some xenon lights and coilovers this summer.

As you can tell im not the best when it comes down to pics.

Just fitted some xenon headlights onto my car was sure on how to take bumper off so went local garage and asked they said £50 so I thought f that so tried it myself.
