@imprezaworks no chance 😂
Really? Can't wait to see the finished job 🤞😂.
Looking lovely! Why would you sell after making it mint 🤔
Are there any parts not being resprayed?
Hope the fresh paint matches, you werent far off doing the whole thing to be fair! Guess if you're selling up thoughChange of priorities and need the money.
The rest of the car.
^^ This. The guy who sprayed my E34 manage to match 30 year old red paint, you wouldn't know where he painted.A good painter can match it no problem
This is always fascinating, as working in a builder's merchant as a kid I mixed paint and the colours that went into it you wouldn't think would make the final colour.The colours that go in to make Petrol Blue.
I agree, looks like a fantastic job but I always thought PB was a pain to match?A good painter can match it no problem. Looks like a good job to me.
Everyone said that about ly too but it's been done plenty of times. Like I said, a good painter can do it no problem, a s**t one can't match black or blue or silver😂.I agree, looks like a fantastic job but I always thought PB was a pain to match?
Is it some sort of iridescent colour like petrol blue that's hard to match?Just had our Tiguan back from the VW approved accident repair place, the bumper paint match is pretty iffy

Stunning! Glad the colour match is spot on as I bet it'd be irritating with the flakeCar is back. The match is nothing less than perfect.

Thanks again for the time and patience yesterday Chris, I will take care of this exceptional Petrol Blue with a rich, well documented history.
I'll try to get a thread up at some point, altough I won't have too much time until spring to do anything.
For now all I can say is, what a car! In looks and in the way it drives (even filled top to bottom with parts, wheels and seats).
