Well after a few weeks browsing i thought i would make a progress thread for the clio. Picked her up 2 weeks ago now and i must say i'm very impressed.

The car is wonderful to drive, fantastic power and handling as standard. i have a lot of plans for her but it will be slow to start with as i am picking up an Artic Corsa VXR as a second car

So..... heres some details

22k miles.
Racing Blue

I am the second owner from new. when i picked it up from the dealership the car was in a need of some attention paintwork wise. i am a bit of a clean freak aswel lol. so i spent 3 days clay barring the car and tidying up the paint work

So far the she has..

Clio V6 airbox with an ITG Panel filter

Ferodo Pads

Uprated brake fluid and braided hoses.

White LEDs for the side lights, boot light, interior light and no plate lights.

The Clio will probrably go to being used on a track, the ring ect, aswell as my fiance using it to, need another car for daily use and i have a soft spot for the artic mate,

unsure mate replaced the interior light for now, might add some alcantara trim also want to paint the silver strips on the dash RBtomatch the car, just enjoying it at the moment big step up from the previous car lol

Great choise of future mods. Car looks nice and tidy now, and should look great when on the AST's.

Have you not been pulled over for having no numberplate lights? Isn't it a MOT failure? (I know it's easy to rePlace the bulbs for MOT)

All sounds good! I wouldn't bother with tints though, waste of money IMO.

Will look awesome on AST's too.
