Cleaned my Cup!

  Mondial 172Cup (A/C)
3 Hours cleaning, polishing, and hoovering and now (despite the kerbed Turini's which i didn't do) my 172 Cup is mint... couldn't resist taking some snaps! Might pop her up for sale soon (i want a 182) so if anyone is interested let me know.

Looks like it's smashed in, cup badges are missing the 172 from them.

Going from a 172 Cup to a 182 is a bad move.

woah... so it does, will take a look at that tomorrow...

why is going from a cup to a 182 a bad move?

ok, upon an inspection, it appeared that it had come unclipped... popped it back in now tho...

tbh, i am not really a fan of the yellow "172" badges on the b pillars... when i bought it only one side had them on so i took the remaining one off.

Not as fun to drive, a lot of people say they miss the rawness of the cup and it's supposed to be more flat until it hit's 5k rpm.

Don't mess with perfection.

Did you actually clean the inside of the wheels? Still look dirty inside :S

Nice car though.

Jesus give the guy a break. Got to be seriously anal about detailing to take the wheels off everytime you clean the car....

haha! cheers mate, im starting to shed a tear here... since posting this thread all i have noticed is faultsthings i need to do with my car!! :(

wheel refurb, splitter, silverlines, 172 badges, lower grille, and since giving it a major clean i noticed a small chip in my windscreen... FML or more aptly: "FMCup"

Dont worry about what other people say mate, its your car, if you like the way it is, happy days! (Although the lower grill was on its arse) lol

I've never taken my wheels off to clean :S

I find a Megs wheel brush and some decent wheel cleaner is all that's needed to get them looking pretty clean inside!
