Cleaning clio diamonds

What can I use to clean the diamond badge on the centre caps of wheels? The silver has gone tarnished, I've tried APC and no luck will a AIO polish do the trick or will I need something with a bit extra cut?

My upload speed at home is terrible it won't let me upload a photo, its almost like a corrosion setting in, I.e rough to the touch a yellow/brown colour

Is that a cleanser polish?

Chemical cleaner that also lays down a sealant (quite log lasting when used on glass actually) and cleans the f**k out of things. paintwork, chrome. Not on vynal or rubber though.

So is it like a cleaner/protectant?
If so I have some autosmart tango I'll give that ago if so?
