Clear Lacquer - Yes or No?

Cannot decide if my white diamonds would look better with or without clear lacquer on them. So need your opinion please

Also what about the clio emblem on the back?

You do know you can get different finishes....Matt, Satin and Gloss.

Huh, what kind of stuff did you use jb? i have only seen one type of lacquer so i could just be mistaken for thinking it hadn't been done.

Am I wrong in thinking lacquer protects the paint? I'd lacquer them like

You do realize that lacquer is clear and protects it? I'm unsure on what you where expecting from it.

I can assure you that all parts have at least 2 coats of lacquer. Considering the camera is not great quality, you wouldn't be able to tell from this picture (This is the picture that I provided)
