They both look clear to me, the bottom one is just a different style, smoked ones are darker than that.

It depends if you want them to stand out or not really.

just fitted some to mine today its a good improvement, this is the link below, i also fitted the silver bulbs so that you cannot see any orange behind the lens but when they light up they are orange, it says they are silver but they are clear to me
