Clicking sound

As if my Clio didn't have enough problems.
Tommorow it's going in to have a new LHS track rod end.

I only noticed this new sound today as I left my headunit at home so I didn't have twin subs droaning it out.

When I go above 20mph i get a clicking noise from the rhs tyre or what seems like the tyre you know as you would if you had a nail stuck in it - only I dont checked the tyre it's fine.

Could it be related to the track rod end problem?

does it when I'm going straight stops when I turn the wheel to the right.

I've done some research sounds like the CV joint, anyone know how much that will cost to replace

So; so far I've got to have the LHS track rod end and tracking done at £55 and the CJ joint, Don't think I can get away with just a boot but there is a bit of grease left inside it.

*cost to replace at a garage, don't know there labour charges but they want £55 for track rod end, fitting and tracking. so maybe you can go by that?

Really scared that this is going to rape my bank account.
