Climate control fan 182

A mate of mine has just bought a 55 plate 182 from the auctions tonight the car as a whole is in good nick other than the exhaust and the a problem with his fan on the climate control

the problem with the climate control is that when you turn the fan speed down or turn it off completely the fan stays on

anyone had this problem?...or know what can be causing it

all and any idea welcome

Possibly that. Im only using best guesswork though from what I've previously read on here

cheers ave done a bit of a search too and its seems like that..had a quick look on ebay and get send it away and get it fixed for 35 roughly so heres hoping
