Climate control/heater stopped working.

Just gone out in the car to find it has packed up. When i press 'Auto' the display comes on as normal but all I get is a little whirring noise then nothing. Anyone else had this problem and how big a job is it time wise? Luckily the car is still under warranty. Cheers.
