I know you're new on here mate but it tends to work better if you keep things in 1 thread, you seem to have several just on this subject and it means anyone reading this thread has no idea what you've previously checked.
You can't I'm afraid only mods and admin can. Try and combine all the info about what's wrong and everything you've tried into 1 thread and it'll make it much easier to help solve the problem.
