Clio 1.6 oil

Hello I have a clio 172 replica with a 1.6 16v engine in it. Does anyone know the exact amount of oil it needs when changed?

Also what oil would you recommend, it's on 82k.

4.9 Litres of oil.

Fully synthetic Unsure on what grade though maybe (5w40)

I think it can also depend on how it's driven i.e short journeys or long distance.
I may be talking plop.
