Clio 16v - Just brought one!!!

Just brought myself one and am picking it up today. Is it sad that im excited?

Used these forums loads to research it and to ensure i found a good one. So just wanted to say thanks!!!!!

ps HIC insured it for 440 fully comp and im 22, cheap as chips!!!

449 blue, 94M, 100k, with ss exhaust, decat pipe and induction kit. Standard all over and totally mint bodywork. Putting out 120 at the wheels. Does need a decent stereo tho...!!

Only mentioned the insurance coz it was the cheapest i found by 150 quid. Obviously buying a car like this at my age insurance is a nitemare and thought I would mention it to help anyone else thinking of taking the plunge.

I pay 500 with HIC and im 25 but i have got 6 points and a claim. do they offer cliosport discount by any chance?

not directly cos your a member, but its hard not to get a discount with them. You can get it by just saying you went to a car event last year......

you get 10% off for being in a club, 10% off for going to a track meeting last year they were at (fastford etc) and 10% off for being a modified car magazine subscriber!!

(jus taken insurance out with them! i said yes to all questions but i only got one out of three but they didnt ask for verification!!)
