clio 172 climate control taking forever to warm up

Hi, having trouble with the climate control it seems to take forever to blow out hot air, I drive 30Mins to work and it gets luke warm on the hottest setting, if i drive for over an about an hour they start to get hot but nowhere near as hot as other cars i have had any ideas?

Any help would be appreciated as its getting colder and iu cant handle it!!!!

Thanks for the reply but I Dont want to sound stupid but what thermostat, and where is it?
