Clio 172 cup idling at 2000rpm... HELP

Been having this problem for 2 weeks now on and off,one moment it could be at 1500rpm the next 2000 then all of a sudden clear and be fine.put some fresh fuel in yesterday but still the same, any ideas?

Hi leonf11, I suggest cleaning the throttle body on the car. When dirty with all dat gunk it can either give high revs or even worse not allow much air through causing your car to stall at idle.
