Clio 172 cup knock!

My car has developed a knock which has become more consistant over the last few weeks.

All the bush's are near enough new aswell as the engine mounts.

The manifold seems to have plenty of clearence from the bulkhead.

The knock happens when u accelerate quicky and also when u let off after doing so.

It only knocks once under acceleration not rapeatedly until u accelerate again.

Everything under the car has been tightened up and checked so im out of ideas...

The knock is on the front left.

Im wondering if it could be a driveshaft but thats a guess any ideas???

Have you checked the Upper Gearbox mount under the battery?

Mine came loose and i got a knock on pulling away and braking?

I also have thisknock. I plan to replace all the mounts. I know ktec sell em, but does anywhere do a kit to do both thegearbox and engine mounts... Basically I'm tight and wonderedif such a comprehensive kit existed, as they generally cost more individually.

Mine was engine top mount when booting it and then again when letting off. I'd check that out too!!!
