Hi. I see this is a common problem.
I noticed my fluid was very low the other day and the engine was making grinding noises. I popped to halfords for some top up fluid and a stop leak solution which was yesterday.
I checked the level today and it has gone down a bit. Renault did say I had a PAS Sensor leak 2 years ago but it was not picked up in this years service. My fluid has never needed topping up since new as far as I know.
Any tips on how to find out where the leak is coming from? It does not seem to be obvious where it's happening. The sensor is dirty but it has always been. I see people talking about new racks, do you think this could be the problem? I hope not.
