clio 172 drivers seat not locking just sliding forward back

Hi all,
My 2002 172 drivers seat has stopped locking in place today. Just sliding forward and back. I was allowing my 5 year old to hoover the car (yes I am that generous) then a neighbours 5 year old joined in and they played in the car for a few minutes climbing over the seats. Doh! Its possible they have done something but also could be a coincidence.
I've spent 15mins trying to sort it but nothing. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

The frame wears out! you can change them

I was being a fool. In the morning I found a switch in the rail which I pressed and the 'problem' is sorted.
