Clio 172 II Mk1 engine rattle- with video.

Hello everybody! I hope you could help me with my problem. I have strange metallic engine rattle sound coming from engine. I did service last week, changed oil (5w40), gearbox oil (75/80),new alternator belt, tensioner, all filters but rattle is still there. Maybe video will explain better than i can. Thank you,

sounds like a typical dephaser pulley on it's way out to me
