Clio 172 insurance?

Was wondering would it be possible to insure a 172 at 18 with a years ncb for less than 3,ooo fully comp!Or no chance?

i'd save that 3k mate, and when ur 21 then buy yourself a clio sport. and bye then you'll be able to pick up a rigth nice mark 3, for next to nothing,

Just did a quick check at 20 with 2NCB you can get it fully comp for £1100 on a 182.

Yep i am currently paying just over 2,ooo for a mg zr 2005 full comp,i paid that in full,so probably wont be able to change insurance company's for a few years as i would lose my no claims(If i got that right)That sounds a reasonable price!Thanks for eveyone's help!

i'm thinking about going tpft on a ph1 or very early 172 next year for a year, restoring it and hopefully making my money back on it and buying a 182 which is what i want within the next two years, which i'd keep for a couple of years and mod it.

im 24 and got 4yrs ncb,and i am paying £672 with tesco (missus on there as well)

on my own it would be £359.

i wouldnt bother tryin mate £3k is too much...i remember payin £1400 on a clio 1.4 rt at 18yrs old.

use the money to have a good time whilst ya young....you really want to be spending £60+ a week to insure a car...no ta
